The Leading with AIR Conference is designed to be a transformative leadership training experience. It is a day and a half long deep dive into the newest thinking and tactics currently redefining leadership in the 21st century.
You will be introduced to the latest developments in conscious leadership at this high impact program by four thought leaders in the field. In addition, you will learn specific leadership techniques proven to increase levels of employee engagement; build high-performance teams and drive profitability.
This conference will end with a 2 hour guided session to help turn what you’ve learned into actions you can take.
The Leading with AIR Conference blends “think tank” level discussions and trainings with opportunities to relax in beautiful historic surroundings as you absorb what you have learned, brainstorm with others and develop a strategy for action.
We are pleased to be offering this conference on the historic URI Alton Jones Campus. This campus was a favorite retreat for President Eisenhower where he could escape the day-to-day pressures, work through complex issues and recharge.
The 2,300 acres of pine forests, lakes and fields, coupled with the rustic natural architecture of the buildings, create an almost spiritual environment that invites you to relax, unplug and allow the creative juices to flow.
